Very delighted to receive this mail from the bank warning me not to share my user id and password for their on-line banking systems.
The mail runs like below :
‘As a very valued customer, we would like to warn you that in order to protect yourself from phishing and on-line frauds, do not share your user id and password of your online banking service’.
Thank God. the bank warned me, or so I thought.
The second mail from them asking me to subscribe to e-statements.
My part to save the earth, I think.
I basked in the light of my effort to save mother Earth and got another mail three minutes later thus:
‘Dear Valued Customer, we have charged you $5.00 for your subscription to
e-statements..”
Shocking as it is, I however reconcile to this charge as my part to save earth.
But just one thing is not clear.
How do I pay this charge when I don’t have an account with the bank ?
Is it not too-much CRM ?
